Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by STRATO AG, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany. When you visit the site, the server automatically processes technical data (IP address, date and time, requested page, browser type, referrer) in log files. This is necessary to deliver the site and operate it securely. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure, stable operation). We have a data processing agreement with STRATO. STRATO anonymises IP addresses shortly after each visit. The log files are available to us for a maximum of six weeks.
No cookies, no tracking
This website does not set any cookies itself and does not use any analytics or advertising tools. Fonts are served from this server, not from Google.
YouTube videos
Videos are only embedded after you click the play button. Before that, no connection to YouTube is made. When a video plays, your browser loads content from youtube-nocookie.com (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). At least your IP address is transmitted, and Google may store or access information on your device. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR, § 25 (1) TDDDG), which you give by clicking. Google may also transfer data to the USA. More: policies.google.com/privacy.
Concert dates (Bandsintown)
Concert dates are fetched when the website is built and stored as fixed content. Your browser does not connect to Bandsintown for this. Only when you click a link to Bandsintown or a ticket provider do their privacy policies apply.
Newsletter
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we process your email address to send you news. Subscription uses the double opt-in procedure: you receive a confirmation email and are only added to the list after confirming. The time of subscription and confirmation are logged as proof. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time with effect for the future, e.g. via the unsubscribe link in every email.
Sending and management are handled by Brevo GmbH, Köpenicker Straße 126, 10179 Berlin, Germany, as a processor (data processing agreement in place). When you submit the form, your input is transmitted directly to Brevo. Before that, no connection to Brevo is made. More information: Brevo's privacy policy.
Our newsletters include performance tracking: a small invisible image and the links in the email record whether and when a newsletter was opened and which links were clicked. This information is linked to your email address and stored at Brevo. We use it to see which content interests you. The legal basis is the consent you give when subscribing (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR). The tracking cannot be cancelled separately: if you don't want it, please unsubscribe from the newsletter.
External links
Links to the shop, Instagram, YouTube, Spotify and other sites are simple links. No plugins are loaded. Only when you click a link do the privacy policies of the respective provider apply.
Contact by email
If you write to us, we store your message and sender address in order to reply (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, or (b) where a contract is concerned). We delete them as soon as they are no longer needed.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can withdraw any consent you have given at any time. You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, e.g. the one responsible for your place of residence or our registered office. Ours is:
